Content boundary
The system ingests and stores headlines, summaries and source links only. It never mirrors full text. Readers return to the publisher, who keeps both the copyright and the traffic.
Data sources
Multi-language RSS and open endpoints are polled on a schedule; results are persisted as JSON and read at build time, so no external database is required.
Stack
Next.js 15 App Router, TypeScript and Tailwind. Locale routing is path-prefixed and server-rendered for search discoverability.
Compliance note
Operating a news portal in mainland China requires ICP filing; republishing news content requires a separate licence. Complete qualification and copyright review before going live.

Run `npm run collect` to replace the demo dataset with real RSS output; the front end switches over automatically.
The site ships 23 languages. Interface copy and story headlines are rendered in the active language; locales without machine translation fall back to English.
